Allright, here's my version of another dave song.  I have also tabbed
this from Busted Stuff, which is another great cd by the way, and I
think is one of the easier to tab from because of how clean everything 
is on it.  So here it is:

My best guess at the chorus:
 C  G  D
  sometimes I like to change the C into a C/G (010233) and dropping
  taking my finger off of the thrid fret on the B string for the G 
 chord so that it is (300023).  

"No way":  D  G  transition back to chorus:  D
