I did this in about ten seconds after watching the video and seeing where his fingerings were.  Plus, I can play stuff by ear most of the time  It may be scratchy in places, like the end.  This is the little riff Carlos plays after he gets his cue of "Played by Carlos Santana".  May not be a solo but, hey, it is in this tab.
